Return & Refund Policy

TheDadPacks backs most items with a 30-day return window. We treat mistakes on our end (wrong or defective item) differently from a change of heart on yours (wrong size, wrong vibe), and we spell out both below.

For a return to be accepted, the item needs to come back in the same shape it left us:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Original tags still attached, where they apply
• Original packaging in one piece
• No odors, stains, or damage
• Untouched, no alterations

Even a quick try-on around the house counts as worn, so those items cannot be returned.

1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
2. Tell us your order number, the email on the order, which item(s) you are sending back, and why.
3. Item showed up damaged, defective, or wrong? Attach a few clear photos. Our Shipping Policy covers the 7-day damage reporting window.
4. We will write back with your return instructions.

Plan on about 3-4 weeks total, broken down like this:

• Package traveling back to us: about 1-2 weeks
• Return is inspected: 2-3 business days
• Refund gets processed: 5-7 business days
• Your bank posts it: 5-10 business days (PayPal tends to be quicker)

Every refund goes back to your original payment method.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Need a different size or color? Return the original item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, then place a new order for the one you want.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we will send a free replacement (if it is in stock) or refund you, whichever you prefer.
