What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. All transactions use an encrypted, secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us within hours of placing your order to attempt a change or cancellation before it ships. Email support@thedadpacks.com immediately with your order number.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local laws. Any tax is shown before you pay.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days (handling time), then arrive within 3-5 business days after that, so 4-8 business days in total across the U.S. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number arrives by email once your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible unworn, unwashed items for a refund or exchange. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
How long does a refund take?
The process typically involves about a week for the package to reach us, 2-3 business days for inspection, then up to 10 business days for processing. Banks take 5-10 additional days, and PayPal is usually faster. Overall, expect about 3-4 weeks.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Check the measurements on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable, relaxed fit.
What if it doesn't fit?
Exchanges fall under the standard 30-day return window covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
Products
Are the designs original?
Yes. Our designs are created for TheDadPacks, and we do not use third-party brand logos or licensed characters.
How do I care for my apparel?
Unless noted otherwise on the product page, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve fabric quality and print detail.
